| Before coming to work at Frontline, Yolanda had
never stayed at the same job |

more than
a year. She hungered for stability. Yolanda
has now served for five years at Frontline, where
she is the pre-school teacher
for children ages 3 to 5. |

Having tired of moving from job to job, Yolanda planted her roots at Frontline. Here she found direction
and security. This helped her grow spiritually and she became a vital part of the Frontline ministry.
A love for children led her to Frontline, where she says the most enjoyable part of her job is
learning from kids and seeing their excitement and eagerness in learning. Today Yolanda is
working towards her AS Degree in Early Childhood Education and is well on her way to achieving her
goal of opening her own child-care facility. As she continues to grow as a leader and fulfills
God’s purpose for her life, she is passing a legacy of focus and destiny to her sons DeAndre and Davarius,
as well as to her pre-school students. |

dedicated to developing world-class leaders for
success and service. It is a diverse organization,
offering education and leadership programs for youth
and families in urban Orlando. Each year, 1,500
inner-city children and families benefit from the
work of Frontline Outreach.
